Registration fees
Registration fees for Local Doctors : 260 GEL
For International doctors : 170 EU
For Medical Students and Residents 90 GEL. (Medical Students should send letter from there Medical School to get Discount Code)
Cancelation of participation
The Participant may only withdraw up to two weeks before the beginning of the meeting ,GHFA is entitled to charge the Participant a fee of 80 GEL/ 40 EUR ,
After 2 weeks 50%, Any payment already rendered by a Participant who has withdrawn are refunded to the Participant immediately after the end of the meeting less the above processing fee.
