1. General conditions
1.1. www.ghfa.ge is the official website of the Heart Failure Association of Georgia, where you can register for the conference.
1.2. While on the website of www.ghfa.ge, the reservations provided for in these terms and conditions apply, which are legally binding for both the customer and ghfa.ge and regulate the relations related to the use of the website of ghfa.ge by the user.
1.3. When using the ghfa.ge website, you should be aware that the personal information that ghfa.ge obtains from you or from third parties when placing an order is processed in accordance with the privacy policy defined in these rules.
1.4. Please also note that by entering personal information on ghfa.ge, you agree to the terms and conditions of use of the website.
1.6. The administration of ghfa.ge reserves the right, at any time unilaterally, by publishing on the same website, to make changes to these conditions without express consent from the user.

2. User guarantees:
2.1. When entering personal information on ghfa.ge, the user confirms that:
2.1.1. is a natural person who has reached the age of 18, or a legal entity registered in accordance with the law;
2.1.2. has full (unlimited) capacity, is not under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic or toxic drugs, is not under the influence of error, fraud, pressure, threats or any other unlawful influence and is not the object of violence, threats, deception, misrepresentation or any other prohibited action on the part of ghfa.ge or any third party, is fully aware of the content of the manifestation of his will, the essence of the provisions of the terms and conditions and the legal consequences arising from it;
2.1.3. has full authority to sign and perform the obligations under these Terms or any other agreements and applications;
2.1.4. is familiar with the conditions and these conditions are acceptable to him;
2.1.5. the user is not engaged in or participating in any illegal activity under the laws of any jurisdiction;
2.1.6. All data presented by him is accurate;
2.1.7. His action will not be aimed at deceiving ghfa.ge and/or any third party. Taking into account the mentioned principle, the document and/or information submitted by him to ghfa.ge for the conclusion of the contract or on the basis of it is/will be true, accurate and complete at the time of its presentation;
2.1.8. He will conscientiously, completely and thoroughly fulfill the obligations assumed by the conditions;
2.1.9. It is agreed that, after the opening of the personal account, until the termination of the contract, ghfa.ge may search/verify and process any information specified by or related to the user, including personal information and/or universal identifiers.
2.2. ghfa.ge enters into a contractual relationship with the user taking into account the statements, guarantees and obligations contained in these conditions and considers them to be the terms of the contract. Accordingly, after the conclusion of the contract, the violation of the statements, guarantees and obligations stipulated in this article is sufficient grounds for unilateral termination of the contract by ghfa.ge.

3. Security
3.1. The user assumes full responsibility for any actions performed under his account. If a person accesses a user's account on behalf of another person, it is assumed that he has sufficient authority to impose certain obligations on the user. The company fully disclaims responsibility for any damage caused by third party access to the user's account.
3.2. The user is obliged to change his password and immediately contact the ghfa.ge customer service center if he has reasonable suspicion that the information, password or password recovery tools for his personal account have been stolen, illegally appropriated, used without permission or otherwise appropriated. Failure to comply with this obligation will endanger both the security of the user's personal account and will result in his liability for any loss/damage.
3.3. The User represents and warrants that he/she does not violate any laws or regulations by opening a personal account. He is obliged to protect the interests of ghfa.ge and to compensate ghfa.ge for all the damages caused to him as a result of the user's violation of the requirements stipulated in this clause;
3.4. The user is obliged to ensure the accuracy of the information in his personal account and its updating. ghfa.ge will not be responsible for any damage caused by the user's failure to fulfill the mentioned obligation. ghfa.ge is entitled to request from the user at any time confirmation of the correctness of the information or presentation of documents or other evidence.

4. Refund
4.1. Cancellation of registration that occurs 5 days before the start of the master course will be fully refunded, after 5 days 50% will be refunded
